Mini plant for the production of pellets, we have assembled for you the whole complex of equipment for the production of pellets from branches to loading the pellets into a big bag.

The complex includes such equipment as:

Chip cutter  Сrusher - 600  is used for shredding branches, cuttings of boards, obapol and other wood waste with a diameter of up to 100 mm into technological chips ranging in size from 5 to 50 mm;
CHOPPER  hammer grinder with pneumatic intake and cyclone will grind wood chips, veneer, shavings, remnants of bark into a fine fraction, ideal for further processing;
Aerodynamic drying complex  for drying raw materials to the required moisture content;
Granulation section of MLG series   for feeding, granulating, sizing and cooling;
Belt conveyor  for additional cooling and loading of granules into big bags.
The productivity of the mini-plant mainly depends on the pelletizer press that it completes. For example, if you are satisfied with a productivity up to 350 kg / h then the GRAND-300 granulator is perfect  , and if this productivity is not enough then the  GRAND-400 is  up to 450 kg / h.
