GEA AEROMATIC FIELDER high speed ”Pharma Matrix” mixer-granulator model PMA 10 constructed in 316 grade stainless steel with mirror polished finish to all product contact surfaces, supplied new in 1989. Product mixing bowl 300mm dia x 180mm deep, approx 10 litres gross capacity. Working capacity approx 2-3 kg depending on material bulk density. The bowl has a 3 blade main impeller variable speed range 0-600 rpm driven from a 2.2 kw motor. The 2 blade granulator head has a variable speed range up to 1,000 rpm driven from a 0.4 kw 1,500/3,000 rpm motor. Jacketed bowl, top clamped cover with inflatable seal, dust filter assembly, sight-glass and CASTELL KEY electrical safety interlock. Pneumatically operated product discharge valve with safety grid access port and CASTELL KEY electrical safety interlock device. Machine control panel with motor power amp meters (0-4 and 0-1.5 amp range) RPM speed indicators, product temperature 0-100 C range, discharge valve control, E stop. Machine also has a Compu-Matrix 1 module with liquid binder and solvent controls. The machine is explosion proof EeX D IIC standard. Overall dimensions 1.4 x 1.2 x 1.6m high.
