The GEA PowerPak thermoforming machine is specially adapted to a variety of applications (vacuum, MAP, shrink, topform, leather, zipper, medical and technical packaging).

Converting to a different package is easy and the format change is quick and easy in a few simple steps. To adapt this equipment to your needs, Powerpak Thermoformer-Sealer can be easily supplemented with various integrated components up and down.

The strong conveyor chain securely grips the lower web of the feed drum. A precision servo motor indexes the web throughout the machining process. The index length is programmed in the HMI and stored as a recipe parameter.

The loading area is accessible from both sides by several operators. Powerful GEA diaphragm sealing system for reliable sealing and constant peel force. Knee punches for a semi-rigid bottom bar with central adjustment of cutting forces.
