These units are created on the same chassis and can be transported using one body. Commissioning is possible within 30 minutes. This installation is suitable for asphalt and concrete plants, as well as for laying road tracks.
Feeder Features
The vibratory feeder of size 850 x 3000 mm has two vibromotors which provide high vibration.
Suitable for continuous feed to the feeder using an excavator or loader. If desired, food can be carried out using a truck. The hopper is equipped with special armor that protects against rapid wear. In case of wear, any spare parts can be easily replaced. There is a sieve in the feeder, which sorts the raw materials entering the feeder. Due to the By-Pass system, the sorted feed over the sieve is sent to the drain department.
Crusher Features
Due to the fact that the crusher has two crushing sections, a stone 1000 mm in size is crushed in the first section to 0.5 mm, in the second section to 0.25 mm.
The crushing plant has a return conveyor, which allows you to get the raw materials of the desired size.
