1.REACTOR 2000 Litres made entirely of stainless steel, with stirrer and streamers,electric motor and reactor drive connector..Reactor heating can be done mainly indirectly with preheated oil up to 320 degrees Celsius. It is possible to heat the reactor directly with heat carrier steam if the process allows it. We don't offer an oil or steam heating boiler for the installation.
2.Tubular countercurrent condenser made entirely of stainless steel with a working surface 15 sq.m.
3.Rectifying column made entirely of stainless steel.

The offered equipment was part of a small plant for Synthesis of some resins.
The small plant was in operation for not more then 500 - 600 hours. The a.m. equipment stay disassembled for a long time.Apart from synthesis of resins,with the proposed equipment it is possible to build an instalation to make any kind of complex chemical synthesis and other by simple products.For example, we have successfully piloted production of biodiesel and technically pure alcohol.The capacity of the instalation depends on the technology of the manufactured product.
