The HACO OMATIC 130 DTRH turret press, manufactured in 2014 in Belgium, is designed for precise punching of shapes and holes of various sizes in metal sheets. The machine is operated manually by an operator who, using a special device, changes the punching tools and places the sheet on the work table. The processed detail is punched out with a force of 30 tons and can be up to 4000 mm long, 1500 mm wide, 6.5 mm thick and weigh up to 150 kg.

The punching machine has a brush table that significantly reduces the noise level and protects the sheet surface against various scratches. Three hydraulic clamps are mounted on the table, holding the sheet during the punching process. Depending on the selected mode, the machine performs from 1000 to 1500 beats per minute. The installed TPC 69C Graphics CNC controller allows for graphic programming of the desired shapes. The total weight of the machine is 8,700 kg.
