Little used Hamer Packaging Technology, Spain, model BPC 23 fully automatic blister pack machine. Maximum output 12 cycle/minute (720 cycles/hour). Currently set up for 290 mm width PET/PVC film foil, blister size 120 mm x 165 mm with inserted cardboard. Machine makes blisters in two parallel rows then output capacity is approx. 1400 blisters per hour. Blister pack machine consists of following modular working stations:
a) Film unwinder D400
b) Contact heater
c) Vacuum forming station
d) Product loading area – 1000 mm
e) Cardboard feeder
