Equipped with: (1) 10.7 HP HSK-63 type ATC spindle, 8-position front mount tool carousel, variable spindle speed from 500 - 24,000 RPM, and (1) 15-spindle boring block (11) vertical, (4) horizontal) with an X-axis grooving saw.

"OSAI 10/510i" WINDOWS-Based control with: Color 15" TFT screen, separate hand held operator console, auto-lubrication, floppy drive & hard drive, 3-axis linear & circular interpolation, and network capable with a user-friendly operator interface.

All axes incorporate brushless, closed-loop Servo motors driving precision ball screws in Y- & Z-axis riding on STAR linear guide ways and dual rack & pinion in X-axis with an automatic lubrication system servicing the way & ball screw bearings.

Complete with: Tool holders with collet & covernut and documentation.
