Custom built three station hot pour filler, system features three independant filling stations, foot pedal activated for time controlled fill cycle, each filling station has 16 gallon cone bottom variable speed agitated hopper in electrically heated and insulated chamer with variable speed progressive cavity pump circulating product through three way valve for variable fill amount controlled by valve opening and closing time, all stainless steel construction with aluminum frame on casters, pumps are operated through ac tech frequency drives and agitators through dc motors with speed controls, fill valves are independantly timer controlled. Formerly used in cosmetic packaging.
