It is extremely operator friendly. It offers best ergonomics for access, changeover, cleaning and trouble shooting.

The principal sectors of application are those of the pharmaceutical, cosmetic and food.
MAIN FEATURES:
The cartoning cycle is completely automatic. The material handling parts the machine are protected by guards. Built in the operator panel is a touch and LCD display with function keys and numeric keypad. The cases are continuously checked in order to guarantee that quality packs are produced by the machine. Its working process is adaptable to the specific product thanks to advanced electronic technology applied to carton opening and product insertion. It can handle the cartoning of blisters, bottles (both plastic and glass), cosmetics, jars, inhalers, ampoules, vials and syringes etc. It will open any type of pack smoothly and efficiently, and place it into the conveyor system. The carton is taken individually by the suction pads and it is formed. Then the product to be packaged and the instructions leaflet are inserted into the carton. The carton is closed as the edges are tucked in by suitable devices. Equipped with GUK leaflet folder and blister feeder.
