DESCRIPTION:
Complete, very compact, automatic blister packing line, with double product feeding system, which was designed and manufactured taking into consideration GMP suggestions.

MAIN FEATURES:
Designed and built in perfect harmony with the most demanding needs, provides users with a solution to all problems of packaging, environment and management. All the stations are remarkably easy to access and all the movements are fully visible so that the line is very straightforward to clean. The product to be filled does not become contaminated as there is a net separation between the filling zone and the surrounding mechanical parts. The unit is managed by a microprocessor, the software is very simple and the machine is operator friendly due to the great simplicity and calarity of the control buttons.
The forming material can be PVC, PVDC, PE, coupled PVC, Aluminium, PP, ACLAR etc. Lidding material Aluminium, Aluminium paper or PP. The forming speed is widely adjustable. The machine is equipped with a metal detector installed upstream of the product loading hopper, a Dassi chiller unit and 13 different formats are also available for the machine.
Flexa is a high-performance machine with a fully automatic cartoning cycle, complete with GUK folding folder and blister feeder. It can handle the cartoning of blisters, bottles (both plastic and glass), cosmetics, jars, inhalers, ampoules, vials and syringes etc.
Highly compact side loading case packer for packaging individual or bundled cartons into pre-glued cases or trays. The CP28 in particular is able to absorb high incoming speeds thanks to the pre-stacking unit.
