DESCRIPTION:
The ZANASI 25/40 E series filling machines has been designed for the automatic packaging of “pharmaceutical” type powder or granular products, caplets and natural products such as herbs or vegetable flours. They are alternate motion capsule fillers having a disc that rotates in clicks around its axle clockwise, transporting the capsules through 8 operating stations. These units are built for the packaging of hard gelatin capsules divided into two halves. The ZANASI 25/40 E fill the capsules with products in the form of: Powders, Granules, Chronoids, Tablets, Pellets.

Pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetics, food, dietary, medical devices, manufacturing.

MAIN FEATURES:
The machine works together capsules and product respecting the following work cycle: Capsule feeding with relative automatic selection of the same. Orientation, positioning and opening of the capsules on the central disc equipped with 8 stations. Separation of the capsule cap and body to allow filling. Filling of the capsule body with the product. Automatic selection of unopened capsules. Closing of the capsule after realigning the case body with the cap. Ejection of filled capsules. Final selection of filled capsules.

Complete with powder feeding system. The machine is also supplied with an extra pellet filling system.
