IMA SWIFTPACK "S95"screw capping system, fully automatic operation. Constructed in stainless steel, supplied new in 2012, the machine is in "as new" condition having had minimal usage in a pharmaceutical manufacturing application/environment. Height adjustable pneumatically operated single spindle capping head, currently fitted with 40mm dia (max) cap chuck jaws. Stainless steel mobile cap elevator with 800mm x 600mm x 450mm deep hopper delivers caps to the cap unscrambler (700mm dia x 300mm deep) and fed to the five position cap pick and place station. (NO CAP detection sensor fitted). Bottle feed through the machine via a 70mm wide x 2.8m long staltband conveyor. The cap elevator, unscrambler unit and capping machine operate as an integrated system interconnected by the "HIRSCHMANN" plug/socket system and controlled by the touch screen panel.
