- filling and rubber stopper inserting machine, type SV 122, output max. 4,000 objects/h, filling area 0,2-29 ml according to pumps, 2 filling stations with 2 rotating piston pumps each 0,2-2,1 ml, vibrating container and inserting devices for rubber stopper 9,15 x 7,7 mm, PLC Siemens S5-100U, manual tray loading with empty syringes, manual tray unloading with filled syringes (also available as single machine item-# 02-0575)

-denest and inspection machine, type SH 110/1, ouput max. 4,000 objects/h, takeover of syringes from tray to inspection belt by linear drive, lighting top/bottom, 1 magnifying glass, PLC Siemens S7/300, manual tray loading with filled syringes, automatic transfer belt for inspected single syringes to EK 321

- plunger inserting and labeling machine, type EK 321, output max. 3,600 objects/h, formate area 0.5-20 ml according to change parts (50 ml without plunger also possible), insert stroke max. 60 mm, hot printing device Metronic hpd print, PLC Siemens S7/300, good/bad discharge for ready single syringes, manual unloading of single syringes (SH 110 + EK 321 also available together as item-# 05-0122)
