Request offerJ Kugler filling line, that has been dismantled about half a year ago from the production it has been running in.
The machine is now dismantled and in our warehouse safely storaged.
With this you get a complete filling line with a filling machine, a lid applicator, a capper and a label machine.
The filling line has been running at Novartis in their German department, so all the machines are very well kept and serviced.
The filling line is from 1990 and has been running at Novartis from when it was new.
The filling line is complete with a rotary infeed table, 1 headed piston filler with lotion lube pump, lid applicator, cap applicator, label machine and an “End of Line Production Systech Display Monitor” to control the production. Over the filling area there is a big Laminar Flow System from Rainraumtechnik that secures constant clean environment in the filling area.

The machine has been used for lotions, and the filler is equiped with a lotion lube pump.
