Kalix KX1101 fully automatic 14 pocket metal tube filler.
All stainless steel construction.
Comes with Kalix auto-cassette bulk empty tube feeding system.
Factory rated with an output of up to 100 tubes per minute depending on tube size and product viscosity (last run at 85 tubes per minute).
Tube diameter range: minimum 5mm to maximum 50mm.
Complete with integrated Solar Mark 30W Laser Coder (with a separate control panel).
Tube orientation system controlled by a visual sensor.
Volumetric piston with Stainless Steel rotary valve filling system.
Positive shut off nozzle for anti product drip.
Tube discharge chute.
Emergency stop button.
All product contact parts are in 316L Stainless Steel.
Kalix touch screen control panel.
Fully guarded with hinged doors and safety interlocks.
Comes complete with one set of change parts/cup holders for 30mm diameter tubes (located on the machine).
No hopper available as the machine was previously fed from a pump.
Manuals and electrical wiring diagrams in electronic form (English and Polish).
