Inline, wrap-bar machine for wrapping products with registered or non-registered shrink films. Continuous motion machine is optimized to meet demands for packaging strength and attractive presentation over a wide range of products at a rate of up to 60 trays per minute. It Is ideally suited for packaging food and beverage products in pre-formed trays, including bottles (PET or glass), cans and multi-packs. Machine offers the advantages of servo-drive technology. 24" steel mesh conveyor chain. 14-1/2" High opening. 10' 8" Tunnel. 3(Allen-Bradley 160 VFDs), Pico 90 Giddings & Lewis programmable industrial computer, GSM/CPU servo encorder, 3(Pacific Scientific S903 Servo) and Watlow temperature controller with maximum temperature rating of 350 degree F. Stainless steel cabinet and film feeding is on right hand side of the machine. Cabinet has emergency buttton, infeed cycle button, machine cycle button, film mandrel button, tunnel cool button, mode bypass button and reset button. Electrical: 460V 3Ph 60Hz 100FLA. Previously was running in 46 oz. line at 30 cpm.
