Stainless steel rotary vibrating tablet deduster. This machine, placed at the discharge chute of a tablet press, ensures gentle dedusting of tablets of all shapes.

MAIN FEATURES:
The Upward Deduster is an ascending vibratory system which allows dust particles to be removed from the tablet during the upward path, leaving them clean for subsequent metal checking and packaging. Optimum viewing of tablet movement, the process can be monitored visually at all times through the acrylic housing. Compact design, minimum footprint. Easy assembly and disassembly, no tools are needed. Easy to clean. Constructed according to GMP specifications. The deduster is easily adjustable to various tablet press discharge configurations. Dust agitation system efficiently removes dust particles from tablets. Adjustable outlet height allowing connection to a metal detector. Contact parts and the top cover are manufactured in stainless steel. Complete with microprocessor controlled metal detector with side diverter reject.
