Stainless steel construction, 1180 liter total capacity, 1000 liter working capacity, dual motion top agitator with side wall scrap and inner opposing paddles, driven by 7.5 hp motor drive, bottom mounted homogenizer blade driven by direct coupled 30 hp motor, vessel rated -1/.5 bar at 130 c internal, jacketed for 4 bar at 150 c, 4" bottom outlet with valve, hydraulically operated top cover telescopic lift and bowl tilting mechanism all driven by on board 10 hp hydraulic power pack, on board control panel with Allen Bradley Micrologix 1000 plc controls, external ABB top mixer motor and bottom homogenizer motor vfd controllers, 600 volt, 3 phase, 60 hertz, work order# 4735, built 1981, new bottom bucket supplied by Krieger, built 2005.
