Vacuum mixing and heating/cooling vessel. Temperature possibilities in tank: -20°C up to +100°C. Side driven fence / scraper agitator. Pressure in jacket: max 8 bar. Insulated cylinder. Pressure in tank vacuum to atmospherique. 2 Connections: 3'' SMS with butterfly valve (for vacuum) and a 6'' inlet (currently without butterfly valve) connected to a ± 200 liter hopper with a cover. Product outlet: 3'' SMS. Outlet height: 30 cm. Connections for: PT-100 temperature sensor and pressure transmitter. Sight glass with wiper and light. 3 CIP spray bowls inside the tank. Manhole in top round diameter 450 mm. 4 adjustable feet. Inside dimensions of tank: Ø 95 cm and length 225 cm.
