Lagun 250 CNC Mill, Upgraded

This is a LAGUNMATIC 250 CNC Knee Mill, Made in the USA. The original 1980's computer was replaced with a standard desktop PC running Mach3 and a Dynamotion Kflop 1.0 Motion Controller. The original servo amplifiers are still in use. The mill has approximately a 32”X17” working volume. It has been outfitted with an aluminum sacrificial bed. All the ways run smoothly. Around 300 hours of work was done using the current setup. The last time it was tested a few months ago, the servo amplifiers weren’t turning on. Some troubleshooting needs to be done to get them working. It uses 3 phase power. The mill will serve a prototype shop or home machinist well. It was purchased used about eight years ago from a small machine shop and only used around 300 hours since. It's sitting in an easy to access garage that a crane truck can access.

It also comes with a bunch of tooling accessories, including 7 collets, several chucks, a fixture kit, a bunch of spare bits, some centering tools, some spare lubricant and coolant, a decent 10” vice and some spare wrenches. It also comes with the original manual, and the original computer head unit if desired. Its been sitting unused, but dry and lubricated for the past couple years, so a little polishing is necessary.
