This unit is in good condition. It is clean and has been well taken care of. It powers on and then a sequence of beeps happen while a red light is illuminated. Shortly after the red turns to a green "ready". This appears to be its initialization process. When the lid is opened the unit emits a warning beep (to inform the user that the lid is open). I personally saw the machine function as it should before removal. The user will need to supply or purchase the Bond-Max software before operating this instrument. The power cable is not included. ManufacturerLeica / Vision Biosystems ModelBond-maX. Small plastic piece on rear in picture broke off and does not affect the machine in any way. The machine is very heavy and can put on small pallet if necessary. Buyer will need to arrange shipping. There is also a device in the back that shows the machine was handled properly.
