TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION:

Simple compression: A simple compression (a compression) counts with a pre-compression.

POWER SUPPLY SYSTEM:

It has a forced feeder, this one with independent rotating speed and electronically controlled directly in the CLP. This system allows the machine to efficiently and productively produce products with the most diverse formulations, regardless of the degree of difficulty caused by the formulations.
The feed funnel is made of stainless steel AISI-316-L, all with electro polishing - GRAU sanitary. This funnel has a dust / granulate flow control valve!

PLATEAU:
Plateau made of CNC machine tools, with absolute measures and symmetries, this one with 35 working points able to manufacture several types of tablets, since this one has superior key features.

NOTE: This plateau has scraper rings on both its top and bottom. This system avoids with absolute effectiveness that the powders of smaller granulometry penetrate the holes of the upper and lower punctures, avoiding possible swallowing caused by the contact with the punctures.
Final finish in all plateau area in chemical Nickel, anticorrosive.

LUBRICATION:

It has automatic lubrication unit of the punches and of the whole mechanical complex. This system is under the command of the CLP (programmable logic controller) that performs the lubrication according to preprogrammed time slots.

ADJUSTMENTS:

All systems for adjusting the weight and hardness of the tablets are made manually by means of graduated knobs. But they can also be manufactured with automatic adjustment, that is, the user after adjusting to product revenue by product name or other process, saved to the CLP revenue, being stored for the next campaigns, making SET-UP easier. The CLP has a digital HMI, emitting the parameter display and preset recipes.
The pressure control is done by load cell installed in the axis of the compression rollers, with digital information in the CLP.

TECHNICAL DETAIL:

Main motor: 10 HP, 220 or 380 volts, 60 HZ three phase 1750 RPM
Feeder: motor 0,5 CV, 220 volts, 60 HZ.
Direct transmission of the plateau and gearmotor, traction by 10 HP engine with work speed commanded by the CLP, with a maximum speed of 57 RPM.

TOP GUIDES:

All top guides are made of special steel with heat treatment, tempered and tempered and machined in CNC machine tool. Lower guides, made of special steel also machined in CNC machines.

TOOL:
Tooling manufactured strictly according to TSM (tableting Specification Manual) category "B".

Item 2:
Material / finish: Compaction area, totally free of paint, since all internal metal parts have surface treatment (chemical nickel), and parts where there is direct contact with the product are made of AISI-316 steel, and the whole the inner structure of the inner mechanism, the zinc coating treatment is applied, providing greater durability, and lower risk of contamination.
Bottom: Four high-end AISI 304 stainless steel lower end caps, fully interchangeable, providing full access to the interior of the machine secured by special locks, maintaining total acoustic and thermal insulation.

Top

Four tilting covers, with automotive dampers, these doors made of transparent "POLYCARBONATE", with thickness of 16 mm, anatomical handles and special hinges in the covers, providing an airtight closure, without any external contact.
