Originally this line was designed for filling and capping a 3-oz aluminum bottle with 30mm ROPP cap.
To run the skinny bottle, a PUCK system was required. This is why the conveyor is laid out in a continuous loop as the puck, whether empty or holding a bottle, kept moving. Bottle insertion and removal were all handled manually. These change parts are included.
The system was later changed over to a 12-oz glass flask line with the same 30mm ROPP cap. The equipment is currently set to this size.
