Automatic Capsule Filling Machine is mainly used in Pharmaceutical Industry for filling Hard Gelatin Capsules with powder, pellets, and granules separately or in all type combination of Powder & Pallets.

Automatic Capsule Filling Machine processes the products for optimal productivity up to 90,000 capsules per hour featuring low – maintenance operation, minimal downtime and overall dependable production.

The powder dosing uses with the tamping pin technology for an enhanced accuracy. The machine is designed for high accuracies and can fill the entire range of hard gelatin capsule sizes from 00 to 4.

Our automatic range of capsule filling machines have been designed with our experience spanning close to two decades and the technology available with us on secure filling and closing of capsules.
The machine control is by means of a programmable logic controller with touch enabled human interface with a very user friendly operable front end.
