Listing description

The machine is designed for making paper bags and sleeves for bags (3 layers of paper and 1 layer of polyethylene). It is fed with rolls of wrapping or kraft paper (with or without printing) with a width of up to 122 cm and a weight of up to 1,000 kg.
The envelopes have the following dimensions: • width 80-350 mm.
• length 210-640 mm.
With or without folds, with glued bottom (type of flat bags). They may have a window made of polymer foil.
Bag sleeves can be made of 3 layers of paper and 1 layer of polyethylene, with or without folds.
The dimensions can be: • width 300 - 500 mm.
• length 600 - 1 100 mm. The maximum speed of the machine is:
• for envelopes and sleeves 70 m / min.
• for envelopes with a window - 30 m / min.
For the production of envelopes, the machine is equipped with a rotating sword and a mechanism for pulling and notching when cutting.
For the production of bag sleeves, the machine is equipped with a rotating knife and a cross-cutting counter-knife, as well as with a mechanism for pulling out the cut paper.
The machine is driven by two gear motors.
• One gear motor is only used to pull paper from
the unwinding machine through the machine to the places for cutting or cutting.
• The second gear motor drives the sword or rotary blade, the cylinder
with a device for applying the transverse adhesive for the envelopes, the transverse adhesive for the sleeves and the longitudinal adhesive for the sleeves, as well as the transport rollers and belts in front of the cylinder.
The machine is also equipped with a glue pump and a conveyor to move the cut sleeves.
The machine is controlled by a control panel, where the electronics with a processor-controller are placed. Only the operation control and the speed control of the conveyor is placed on its construction.
The machine can work with paper without or with printing automatically, as well as in manual mode. In manual mode, the paper and sword transport drives are independent of each other, and their speed is regulated by a potentiometer on the control panel.
When working with paper without printing automatically, the switch is set to the "no print" position (no marker), the controller dials and saves the desired length for cutting envelopes or sleeves, adjusts the counter and starts the machine.
