The Manesty Rotapress 5 Diamond is a high speed, high output machine capable of producing up to 550,000 tablets per hour.

The machine has a single station reject mechanism which will identify a single out of specification (weight) tablet and reject it during production.

The MPower Lite control system is fitted to the press and it’s functionality enables compliance with 21 CFR part 11 requirements.

The control system provides on line displays of data acquisition and diagnostics; batch reports are also generated.

Tooling sizes :
69 stations of EU19 B type tooling and BB dies, giving a maximum tablet diameter of app. 13mm (round tablets)
