Used MAR intermittent motion monobloc vial filling line, model M53-2R/1S/1A, single pitch design unit with 600 mm feed table, comb style vial transfer system, with pre nitrogen purge, (2) filling stations with unidirectional volumetric feed pumps, +/- .5% accuracy and peristaltic pump for recirculation of suspended fluids, single head stopper inserter with vibrating bowl feeder, single head capper with vibrating bowl feeder, currently has change parts for 10 ml and 20 ml fills with 20mm stoppers and caps, speeds up to 3,500 per hour, Siemens Simatic Multi Panel HMI with Siemens plc controller, with dust filter and vial overturning trolley, built 2005.
