Automatic horizontal cartoner for bottles and jars with medium output of up to 70 cartons per minute. Suitable for pharmaceutical, cosmetic, food, medical devices and consumer goods industries. Last used for plastic jars with tablets and capsules. Full mechanical design for minimum maintenance. Closed construction with the material handling parts protected by guards. Box minimum and maximum sizes: width 40mm to 140mm; length 70mm to 190mm; height 20mm to 100mm. The product is hand fed into metal guide pockets fixed into the chain through conveyor. Carton erection is carried out by blade opening system. Hot stamp marking/coding system. Pre-folded leaflet inserter. Compressed air consumption 10 Nl/1’ - 6 bar 2,5kW 380V.
