MARCHESINI type ML616 fully automatic monobloc filler capper for accurate dosing of liquid product into glass or plastic vials/bottle.
It is a medium to high speed machine capable of up to 350/min (subject to product viscosity and dose volume).
The machine comprises a 12 head rotary filling head and a 9 head rotary screw capping head.
Bottle control via in-feed/out-feed and transfer star-wheels.
Fill volume range: 1 to 500ml (subject to dosing cylinder size)
Bottle diameter range: 18-70mm (20-70mm square)
Bottle height range: 35-200mm (excluding cap)
