Masterfil 4 head precise volume liquid filler with 5 litre pistons. Two separate sections: piston section and filling section. Output up to 2,400 bottles per hour depending on fill size and product viscosity. Filling process can be performed into the bottle neck or with diving nozzles. Accuracy fill +/- 0.5%. Features: anti-foaming diving nozzles; gating system; product flush through facility/CIP; emergency stop; stainless steel construction and product contact parts; hinged Perspex doors. Comes with 200 litre Stainless Steel header tank and Mortonair air cylinder. Manuals and electrical wiring diagram in English.
