Description: Line for filling of effervescent tablets in tubes, consisting of:
• Inclined conveyor for tablets for use with forward tablet press
• Storage container for tablets (5-10 kg) with vibrating conveyor
• Tablet table with counting unit, sorting of broken tablets and tablet dust, tablet separation into 4 channels
• Tube magazine for empty tubes
• Feed hopper with inclined conveyor for stoppers
• Vibratory bowl with infeed rail for stoppers
• Filling and sealing unit:
- Filling of 4 tubes/cycle with tablets during tube rotation.
- Control of filling level
- Capping of tubes with stoppers at correct fill level
- Non-capping of tubes with incorrect fill level
- Forwarding of the good tubes to the discharge conveyor
- Bad ejection into reject container
• Discharge conveyor for filled tubes (Flexlink)
• Output max. 2,100 tubes/h
• Existing format parts for tube diam. outside 24.2 mm, inside 22.0 mm, tube length 164 mm, tube material PP, cap Ø 27.8 mm, total height 9.4 mm, tablet Ø 20.1 mm, tablet heights 4.75 - 5.25 mm, other tube/tablet formats possible on request new at extra cost
