Complete packing line for liquid/gel products in sticks, comprising Merz SPM-50 5-lane stick pack machine with 5 peristaltic pumps, dosing range 0.5ml to 100ml. Currently set for 24mm wide sticks, length variable 40 - 180mm, fill volume 2 - 15 ml. With additional format parts, the stick width can be between 17 to 35mm wide, Fitted with gas flushing, Siemens S7-300 PLC, and multi-lane hot foil printer (print area 55 x 40mm per head). OCS checkweigher with reject device, automatic transfer with 3 camera controlled pick and place robots into a Brunner VCL-180S vertical cartoner. Carton size range min. 20 x 20 x 60 mm (AxBxH), max. 150 x 100 x 200 mm (AxBxH). The number of sticks in the carton adjustable from 1 to 40 sticks. Fitted with GUK FA21/4 SVA/21 Cartonac 91 leaflet folder for flat sheet leaflets, with Argus 6012 code reader and missing leaflet in carton detection. Cartoner suitable for tuck closure as well as glue closure using a Nordson hot glue system, and fitted with a Wolke M600 ink jet printer for variable data/datamatrix codes on the base of the carton. Output up to 300 sticks per minute and 60 cartons per minute. Year 2010. First class condition, little used.
