Features manual loading with up to 3 tubes per station (formerly used w/2) 22" diameter intermittent motion table with 8 stations, filling station with air operated diving nozzle fillings (remote filler required) three tube heating stations encased in 20 mm od metal sleeves with distrubution nozzles (two stations) @ 35 mm centers, tooling for 3/8 diameter tube (actual measurement in holder . 358") heating stations dive via pneumatic operation with adjustable stop for position control, pneumatically operated 4. 5" wide water cooled sealing jaws, tube discharge station with chute, on casters with cabinet style base, controls, access doors and see through table enclosure, operates on 120 volt/1 phase with independent temperature controls @ each heating station, overall dimensions 48" x 32" x 60" high. Formerly used in pharmaceuitcal service
