1989 Used Muller Martini model 1201/1511 24 pocket Gathering machine. This is a very unique machine upgraded by PLC and Touch screen control. Upgrade cost US $ 70,000. The machine has a computer control with touch screen for pocket selection, Cascade control, speed, double sheet and no sheet controls You can store 99 jobs. The chain and feed drums are driven by 2 separate servo drive motors. The collated sets drop on to a conveyor. You can pre select the total number of sets. When the pre selected sets dropped on conveyor sets are moved forward. You can pick up the sets and pile it after jogging. Jogger is included. The machine does not have conventional air pumps. It has a 25HP air compressor. Suction is controlled by venturi systems.
The machine is dismantled and skidded for transport.
