New built Biomass station equipment

Listing description

For sale: New built Biomass station equipment with electrical capacity up to 0,6 MW ( and a heat output of 1,2 MW with wood chips. The cogeneration plant is designed for biofuel (chips) with humidity max. 10% for combustion and for the production of wood gas used to power internal combustion engines to power a generator for the production of electricity and heat (pyrolysis process at a temperature of at least 1200oC).
Operating principle and technical indicators: The complex includes gasifiers with gas purification systems and electricity generating installations. Gasifier requires raw material with humidity up to 14%, dimensions - up to 100 mm.
Plant equipment will include:
1. Metal construction included roof and transporter for the Biomass feeding. (approx. Dim L16XW3m)
2. 5 sets of vetilators complete with electrical motors (50000 m3 / h, pressure 50 P.stat.min)
3. 1No Biomas dryer c/w lower/upper transporter and local DB (capacity of the fuel storage (dryer) is 380 m3)
4. 1 set of biomas transporter with the electrical motor to the storage bunkers
5. 1 No Heat exchanger to dry biomass (1x900 kW) complete with pipework and valves
6. 1 No Chain conveyor from the moving floor to the Sieve shaker, L=8000 mm - 3kW 21rpm motor
7. 1 No Sieve shaker complete with electrical motor. Complete with raised metal construction, ladder and protection roof
8. 1 No Chain conveyor from the moving floor to the storage bunker conveyor, L=16000 mm - 3kW 21rpm motor.
9. 1No Spiral conveyor L=8000 mm. Moving biomass to the storage bunkers
10. 2 sets (1No each) storage bunkers ( before gasification process) This equipment comply with: European Union Directives 98/37/EC & Law on the approval of conformity of manufacturing requirements
11. 4 No sets of chain conveyors from the sieve shaker to the feeding line
12. Gasifier system will include: 4 of Sets of gasifiers, all the manual & automated valves, filters, ash and smoke recievers, sensors, vetilators, ash and smoke screw conveyors, gas chillers, ash containers, thermocouples, cooling water pumps etc.
13. 4 sets of the MCC‘s complete with touchscreens (process control).
14. 4 sets of CHP and generator control MCC‘s (allow to monitor and change parameters of generators).
15. 4 sets of gas extraction exhausts
16. 2 sets of air compressors
17. 4 No CHP gas engines (MAN 4X150kW)
