PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION:

The bottles are transferred from the star wheel conveyor to the rotating turret.
Supply of bulk caps with on-demand orders.
The caps are sorted and powered by vibrating feeder.
Unblocking of the cap by bottle sensor.
Stopper picked up by oscillating disk and transferred to the star wheel at the capping head.
The 4-head rotary capping station is synchronized with the removal of the cork.
The corking head goes down and closes.
Clogged vials are then transferred by the exit wheel to the main conveyor.
Security guard locked.
