Compact, precise and extremely reliable machining centre. Edge-banding Unit: The banding material finishing aggregates are picked up from the chain type tool magazine during the edgebanding phase. The glue is spread onto the panel so as to obtain optimum banding material adhesion. The knurled roller improves glue penetration on the surface of the panel; the compact dimensions of the unit mean that is possible to edge-band concave profiles of limited dimensions.
Granule feeder system integral with gluing unit;
Glue granules are loaded in masked time during the milling/boring or material finishing operations.
Digital thermo regulators for glue pot and glue spreader roller.
Compact glue pot that can be removed with ease for cleaning operations.
The initial forward material movement in NC controlled.
