New (never installed) 80 cycle registered film trayloader/shrinkwrapper with Nordson Problue glue system and model 4500ST shrink tunnel and quick changeover upgrade. Allen-Bradley electricals with Compact Logix PLC. Machine originally purchased to run 16.9, 20 and 67.6oz PET soft drink containers with tray and film in 8 and 24 packs at speeds up to 70 packs per minute. Machine size range for bottles from 80 to 350mm tall and 48mm minimum diameter in up to 10 rows. Traywall height range 30 to 120mm. Minimum pack size 150 x 100 mm, maximum pack sized 500 x 270 mm. Includes infeed container conveyor. Tray feed magazine is located under the infeed conveyor and accepts stacks of trays up to 270mm maximum height.
