OMAS model ML16
Monobloc fully automatic machine,
constructed in 316L grade stainless steel. Four head inline format piston liquid filling station with 50-360ml pumps, variable speed 100mm wide slat -band conveyor and infeed/out-feed gating control.
Star-wheel transfer of filled bottles to the plugging/ insert and cap placement station supplied from two stainless mirror polished vibratory feeders located at the sides of the machine. Bottles then progress to the pre-set torque capping station and then back onto the line conveyor.
Control panel for all machine functions. It is fully guarded with
electrical safety interlock devices on all opening panels. Supplied with original manuals.
