The OZAMECH KM-3/3000 mechanical bending machine was built in 1999 by the OZAMECH Mechanical Plant in Opole. The machine is designed to bend sheet metal with a thickness of 3 mm and a maximum length of 3000 mm. The bending machine raises and lowers the upper beam while working at a speed of 4.4 mm / s, while the lifting range of the upper beam is 200 mm, and the lowering range is 60 mm. The machine works in a manual and semi-automatic cycle. It is dedicated to the production of bent sections made of sheets and strips, made by sequentially bending a sheet of metal along its length. After placing special equipment on the machine, it is also possible to perform such sheet metal operations as, for example: rolling the edges of sheets, making wrapped and crimped connections, shaping sheet metal boxes, or making square and rectangular pipes. Details made individually can be bent thanks to individual control of the upper beam and bending beam.
