Listing description

NEW packaging machine for preformed trays with aroma protection lid between 100-150 gr. The machine was never used and it was bought in 2015.
It can fill 2 trays at a time with volumetric dispensers, performs the vacuum and the introduction of the inert gas, welds the upper seal film and puts the aroma-saving lid on.
The machine is equipped with a loader for the trays and a loader for the lids.
The productivity of the machine is about 20 trays per minute, equal to 1,200 trays per hour.
The machine is completed by an automatic labeling unit, capable of affixing 2 labels, one on the bottom of the tray and one above the aroma-saving lid.
The labeller is equipped with an ink jet marker for batch and expiration, and has a rotating accumulation plate for the labeled and marked trays.

The machine was exclusively used for initial commissioning, but it never produced anything.
The inert gas monitoring equipment can also be provided with the machine.
At the time, studies were carried out on particular mixtures of inert gas, achieving a truly optimal shelf life.
These results will be given to the purchaser of the machine.
