Automatic filling and capping machine for small glass or plastic bottles, for liquid, semi-liquid and foaming products.

Equipped:
Feed pvc belt conveyor length 500 mm - width 300 mlm with 4 adjustable guides and 3 lanes
Entrance star with 24 alveoli
Etoile has 48 cells for transferring vials to packaging stations with a 3 x 3 pitch.
3 product filling stations using 3 stainless steel nozzles
3 dosing stations produced by 3 adjustable stainless steel volumetric pistons with valve
4 stations with sockets of 3 caps per station with automatic removal of the caps on the bottles by (currently without vibrating bowl)
24 alveoli output star
2 supports for receiving the bottles on crystallizers (possibility of replacing these supports by a conveyor)
General drive by motor-variator
