The swept field confocal splits the excitation laser into multiple beams that are simultaneously scanned across the specimen. 30, 45 and 60 micron pinholes or 22, 35, 50 or 70 micron slits are available. Scanning results rival spinning disk technology in their ability to keep living specimens alive by minimizing photo toxicity. High speed scanning at up to 120 fps. Includes one dichroic mirror set and emission filter for 532nm laser use.
