DESCRIPTION:
Automatic top loading case packer machine with case erector for the final packing in boxes before shipment that guarantees reliability, versatility, high production characteristics even with non-top quality materials.

MAIN FEATURES:
Servo-driven top loading case packer to collate products in the required pattern, introduce them in the case drawn from the case storage and close it. Case packing machine able to perform the grouping of products in boxes, their introduction into cartons previously taken from stock. The machine stacks products and insert the bundles thus obtained into shipping cartons previously formed. This system allows the machine to minimize the drawbacks and waste. Working capacity depends on application. Pick & place system to pick up products and put them inside the case. Vertical case storage, adjustable according to product format. Case upper-lower flaps folding unit. Product presence Control Device. Each movement is controlled by 'brushless' electric motors that transmit motion by means of belts. The machine is able to place incoming products inside the cartons previously placed in the machine's volume. In addition, the machine is equipped with a group that allows the closure of the carton.
