Listing description

Used line for mixing PVC with reported output up to 3000 kg/h. Line consist of:
– Vertical stainless steel silos for chalk, by Zeppelin. Silos has working volume 80 m3, diameter 3000 mm x height 13750 mm. Equipped with conical vibrating bottom.
Silos is connected with pneumatic conveyer which transports powder to main scale, equipped with bag filter. There is additional dosing system by Mann & Hummel consist of three dosing screws, feeding powders into gravimetric bulk tank and pneumatic conveyer. Pneumatic transport works on pumps by Kaeser – sucking – OB 235 VAC, pushing – OB 165.
Set of mixers – by MTI (DE) – hot mixer type M850 S, driven by el. motor 210 / 155 kW, 1487 / 741 rpm, 400 V, 50 hz. Volume of mixing chamber 922 l. Hot mixer has pneumatically operated valve with discharge into the horizontal cooling mixer – type K 3300 E. Total volume of mixing chamber 3308 l, working volume up to 2315 l. Cooler is driven by el. motor 37 kW, 1470 rpm, 400/690 V, 50 hz through gearbox. Mixed product discharged to pneumatic transport and product silo. Line is mounted on carbon steel supporting structure and is equipped with electrical cabinet and control panel. Last product premixes with PVC. Includes technical docs.
