Features intermittent motion for straight or reverse tuck cartons, 5" centers, manufacturer rates for 60 cartons per minute maximum speed, safety guarding with hinged acrylic doors and elector mechanical interlocks preventing open door operation, vibrator/mechanical pressure carton feed magazine, operator panel with stop/start, carton feed control, reset and emergency stop, 48" long carton loading areas on upstream and down stream side with acrylic and ss guarding, polymer carton lugs, main control panel with keyed by pass, e stop, run/jog, variable vibrator speed, jog control with 18' cord and disconnect switch, wired for 230 volt/3 phase/60 cycle/5. 2 amps/ 115 volt control circut, mild steel construction with "steel it" finish coat, mounted on casters, air required. Formerly set to run fifth panel carton 1. 250" x 1. 250" x 3. 750" high x 2. 250" fifth panel width, includes second set of polymer straight carton fingers and folding components.
