RA Pearson MP1150 Multipacker Carton Stuffer Rated at approx. 50 Cases Per Minute (200 6-packs or 300 4-packs). Cartons enter the machine narrow side leading and the carriers are shifted two cases at a time (8 6-packs or 12 4-packs) and inserted into cases that have been raised to accept the carriers. Approximately 5 cfm air consumption at full speed. 9.6 kVA electrical draw at 460V. Allen-Bradley electricals including Micrologix PLC and (3) Powerflex VFDs. Inserts the carriers into trays, RSC, HSC or Tieback boxes from 8.75" wide x 14.25" long to 11.50" wide x 16.50" long. Accepts 4 pack carriers from 5.25" long x 4.88" wide x 6.25" high to 7.97" long x 5.31" wide x 9.5" high.
