Romaco Macofar model CD40 automatic continuous motion capsule filling and closing machine. Suitable for filling powders, pellets and tablets (incl. various possible combinations between powder, micro tablet and pellets). Speeds ranging from 25,000 to 40,000 capsules per hour. Suitable for small to medium production runs and for the following capsule sizes: 00, 0, 0L, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. Equipped with vacuum assisted dosators which gives a high filling accuracy and allows for powders with difficult flow characteristics to be handled and giving improved compaction of powder. Minimum format parts for fast changeover. Statistical weight control system for filled capsules. Comes with Stainless Steel hopper, jog switch and a set of tooling for size 2 capsule format size. Technical documentation and manuals in English and Italian. CE marked. Electrical requirements 380v, 3 Phase, 50Hz, rated powder 3,5 kW. Air consumption NI/ min 150, compressed air pressure 6 bar.
