Rommelag 3012 Blow-Fill-Seal technology 10 cavity machine.
Suitable for SVP fill sizes from 0.1 ml – 50ml.
Capacity 3500 vials/ampoules per hour based on 5ml - 10 cavity.
Supplied with one set of moulds 10 cavity 0.5ml.
Complete and fully working when taken out of production.
This machine was fully reconditioned by Rommelag in 2012 and has not been used since.
Upgraded Yokogawa HMI – Siemens Op 393 .11 PLC.
All new electrical wiring.
Hydraulic pack overhauled.
All hydraulic and pneumatic valves replaced.
All new stainless steel panels.
Ideal for WFI (Water For Injection), eye wash solution, respules, eye or ear drops.
BFS/FFS technology offers the huge benefit of enabling the entire process, which includes manufacturing a container, filling it with the product and then sealing it, to be completed in one short cycle using only one machine.
Firstly, the sterile pyrogen-free bottles or ampoules are blow moulded from extruded PE or PP in water-cooled moulds.
Immediately afterwards, the containers are filled with the sterile product in aseptic conditions and then hermetically sealed.
